Limited help and you find the rest of the way:

f%28x%29=k%28x%2B1%29%28x-2%29%28x-i%29%28x-%28-i%29%29, and for ease in finding k, avoid simplifying the function too far.

f(1)=8, just using simple substitution for x, and use this to find k.
