Write two polynomials with a difference of 2x^2 + x + 3
I. 3x^2 + 2x + 6
II. x^2 + x + 3 Subtracting II from I
2x^2 + x + 3
I and II one example that would work

There are an infinite number of possibilities...how about
(5x^2 + 6x + 4) - (3x^2 + 5x + 1)
