Invert the second fraction and change division
to multiplication:
Multiply tops and bottoms
Add the exponents of x in the bottom, and
write the 10 coefficient first in the bottom:
Cancel the 5 into the 10, getting 2 on the bottom.
Cancel the y's
Subtract the exponents of x, getting x2 in
the top:
That's it.
