This hexagon is composed of two congruent trapezoids.
One trapezoid is mirrored over the blue dashed line to get the other one.

The area of one trapezoid is
A = height*(base1+base2)/2
A = h*(b1+b2)/2
A = 6*(30+16)/2
A = 138
Note I cut the green dashed line in half to get the height.

Therefore, two such trapezoids give an area of 2*138 = 276 square units
