Since this is a baby doing the picking, there is no guarantee that s/he will pick only one of the notes if they are all in the same pocket, so the possibilities are

5, 20, 50, 5 & 20, 20 & 50, 5 & 50, or 5 & 20 & 50.

Seven different ways, four of which have a 20 in them, so 4/7.
