The inscribed angle QPS is leaning on the arc QRS, whose measure is the measure of the central angle QOS, i.e. 146°.


Therefore, the measure of the inscribed angle QPS is HALF of the measure of the arc QRS, i.e.  146/2 = 73 degrees.    ANSWER
