The problem is not sufficiently defined. Specifically, point F is not defined.
I guessed that F was a point on midsegment AB; however, if that is the case, the problem is indeterminate (there is not a single solution, but rather an infinite number of solutions).

If the only additional information is that F is indeed on the midsegment, then there is not enough information to find the measures of the angles.
All we have is a midsegment AB of length 7, and B the midpoint of side MN of the isosceles trapezoid. The angle at which AB and MN meet is not known; so the angles of the trapezoid can't be known.
