here you have regular (all angles the same) pentagon
The Interior Angles of a Pentagon add up to 540°; so, each interior angle measures 108°
since angle x is interior angle, we know that x=108°
angle y is in the triangle DBC and we know that DC=CB; so we have an isosceles triangle
=> angle y=z
since x%2By%2Bz=180, substitute x and z, then we have
108%2By%2By=180
2y=180-108
2y=72
y=36°
your answer is: x=108°, y=36° , z=36°
