Now, if it is true that ABCD and TVYN are similar figures, then the answer is easy.
The ratio between any given pair of corresponding linear measurements between two similar figures is the ratio between ALL corresponding linear measurements.
Specifically, if the ratio of the perimeters is 5/7 and the figures are similar, then the ratio of AD to TN is also 5/7.
