Question 878793: my daughter forgot her pin to her cell phone, she swears the numbers were the upper four of the keypad, 2,3,5,6. we are not sure in which combination though. Can you tell me how many combinations of these numbers there are? my guess was because there' four numbers, it would be something like 4x3x2x1=24 combinations of the numbers? is this correct? any way to generate a list of the possible numbers to begin our input attempts? The possibility that a basketball player will make a given free throw is 3/5. To find the probability that the player makes exactly 9 out of his next 10 free throws, evaluate the term 10 C 9 (3/5)^9(2/5)^1 in the expansion of (3/5 + 2/5)^10
