How many choices are there for the first speed dial? 17.
Assuming Granny is smart enough to not assign a speed dial to anyone already assigned a speed dial, that leaves 16 choices for the second speed dial.
Which then laves 15 for the third speed dial.
And 14 for the 4th speed dial slot.
