30 are capable of adjusting and setting the ring.
25 are capable of supervisor the gear cutting;
11 are capable of both calculating the settings and supervisor and setting the the rig. (3 tasks)
9 are capable of both calculatting the setting and supervising the rig cutting;
12 are capable of adjusting and setting the rig and supervising the gear cutting (3tasks)
Summing those capable of 3 tasks = 11 + 12 = 23
