You can put this solution on YOUR website! The equation is
8!/(4!*4!) = (8*7*6*5)/(4*3*2*1) = 70
Note: Had your question been "In how many ways can board position of Pres, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, be filled from a group of 8", the answer would be 8!/4! or 1680.
The distinction is the 4 people you are choosing in your problem are not going into unique positions.
