How many different 10-digit phone numbers exist with an area code of 281
       1st one is 281-000-0000
       2nd one is 281-000-0001
       3rd one is 281-000-0002
       4th one is 281-000-0003
          ...
 9999998th one is 281-999-9997
 9999999th one is 281-999-9998
10000000th one is 281-999-9999

So there are 10,000,000.

Or you can do it by saying there are 10 ways to
choose the 1st digit after the the 281.  Then
10 ways to choose the 2nd digit after the the 281,
etc, to 10 ways to choose the 7th digit after 281:

so the answer is 107 = 10,000,000.
