You can put this solution on YOUR website! If there is a 98% chance of event A happening, then there is a (100% - 98% = 2%) chance of event A not happening.
This is because: P(not A) = 1 - P(A)
So this means that either the even will happen, P(A), or the even will not happen, P(not A).
