I don't know how to go about solving it.
These are the four two-digit numbers that can be made with the digits 1 and 7.

How many three-digit numbers can be made with the digits 1, 2 and 3?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! since the numbers are 1,2,3
All the numbers will be three digit numbers.
One group starting with 1, second with 2, & third with 3
