Men - 6, Women- 9
there are 3 conditions of committee - (4 men,6 women),(5 men, 5 women) and
(6 men, 4 women), because only 6 men available.
no. of ways to form committee of 4 Men and 6 Women = 6C4 * 9C6
similarly when 5 men and 5 women = 6C5 * 9C5

and when 6 men and 4 women = 6C6 * 9C4


total no. of ways = 6C4 * 9C6 + 6C5 * 9C5 + 6C6 * 9C4
