Possible ways:
E in 7th position, and U in any of the 6 positions from 1-6 (6 ways)
E in 6th position, and U in any of the 5 positions from 1-5 (5 ways)
E in 5th position, and U in any of the 4 positions from 1-4 (4 ways)
E in 4th position, and U in any of the 3 positions from 1-3 (3 ways)
E in 3rd position, and U in any of the 2 positions from 1-2 (2 ways)
E in 2nd position, and U in the 1st positions (1 way)
Total number of possible ways = 6+5+...+1 = 6(7)/2 = 21
