The way to deal with +1.6%2F%28%281%2F4%29%29+ is
multiply top and bottom by +4+
+1.6+%2F+%28%281%2F4%29%29+=+6.4+%2F+1+, so
+%28+1.6+%2F+%28%281%2F4%29%29+%29%2A100+=+6.4%2A100+
+6.4%2A100+=+640+
$640 is paid for 100 pounds of yogurt
