100%-52%=48% which is the amount of votes obtained by the other candidate, which also means that 98 is the 4% by which the winner candidate was elected. Then we calculate 98%2Fx=4%2F100 which is x=2450 votes plus the 68 votes that were invalid makes a total of 2518 votes
