Let x = share of the first person;  then the share of the second person is  (210-x).


The condition requires


    x%2F6 = %28210-x%29%2F5 + 2.

To solve it, multiply both sides by 30; then simplify


    5x = 6*(210-x) + 60

    5x = 1260 - 6x + 60

    5x + 6x = 1260 + 60
