You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If the 7 corresponds to lengths then 4%2F7=w%2F31.5

w=4%2A31.5%2F7
highlight%28w=18%29-------width

You can find these:
perimeter 2%2A31.5%2B2%2A18
area, 18%2A31.5

The sides of a rectangle are in the ratio 4:7. If its length is 31.5 in., find the width, the perimeter, and the area of this rectangle.
If the longer side is 31.5", then the width is NOT 9".
ALL THIS is RUBBISH =======> highlight%28w=9%29-------width
You can find these:
perimeter 2%2A31.5%2B2%2A9
area, 9%2A31.5 <========
You already KNOW who wrote this!
If the shorter side is 31.5", then the width is STILL NOT 9", and the above is STILL RUBBISH! ANY way you take it, it's nothing but RUBBISH!!!
