Hello,
Let's find the value of x. We can do this by setting up AB=3x-1, CD=2x+11 equal to each other like this:
3x-1=2x+11 Subtract 2x and add 1 to both sides will give us:
x=12
Now plug 12 into each of the sides and we'll see that each side equals 35 therefore the shape is a Rhombus because the 4th side has to be the same since it's a parallelogram.
