QUADRILATERAL NEEDS 4 SIDES AND AN ANGLE TO FIX.IF THERE ARE ONLY 4 SIDE LENGTHS GIVEN THEN YOU CAN FORM A LINK WITH VARYING ANGLES .SO THORETICALLY YOU CAN SAY ,WE CAN MAKE ANY NUMBER OF QUADRILATERALS (INFINITE) IF THE LENGTHS ARE SUITABLE.THAT IS SUM OF 3 SMALLER SIDES SHOULD BE GREATER THAN THE FOURTH SIDE FOR THE FIGURE/LINK TO CLOSE AND FORM A QUADRILATERAL OR CLOSED FIGURE.
