The adjacent angles are supplementary, so they are 5 degrees on both sides with the angle across the same 175 degrees.

Opposite angles of a parallelogram are congruent, as well as its CONSECUTIVE angles are SUPPLEMENTARY. 
Now that you know that, just work it out!!
