Question 984041: M+G=33 years between them
A+C=95 years between them
S+M=72 years between them
M+C=87 between them
S+G=73 years between them

The variable M is used three and the most occurances. Try substituting for this, first in all the other equations. Pick any equation containing M to start this.
M+G=33
M=33-G

Now substitute to make the changes.
Simplify this system.
------Four equations in four unknown variables. Look to see that two of them use only S and G, and those two by themselves as a system make using the Elimination Method very convenient for first solving the values of S and G.

You should find from that and .
You may then see a path to handle the other equations shown in this four-with-four system.
