that is equal to 51 * 9 + 51 * 7/9 which is equal to 459 + 357/9 which is equal to 459 + 39 + 6/9 which is equal to 498 + 2/3 revolutions.
you can also just convert 9 and 7/9 to a decimal to get 9.77777.....
multiply that by 51 and you get 498.6666666..... which is the same as 498 and 2/3.
you can also convert the whole thing to an improper fraction and then multiply it by 51.
9 and 7/9 is equal to 81/9 + 7/9 which is equal to 88/9 which, when multiplied by 51 is equal to 4488/9 which is equivalent to 498 and 6/9 which is equivalent to 298 and 2/3.
