instead of divide we change the sign to multiply and flip the second fraction

9/10 divided by 4/7 is the same as 9/10 * 7/4 which is the same as 9*7 divided by 10*4 which is equal to 63 / 40

i think that's as simple as it can get.

as a mixed number, 63/40 is equivalent to 1 and 23/40
