35%2F4 or 8.75
I did it the easy way by first converting -21 to -105%2F5
Then multiply by the reciprocal of -12%2F5, which is -5%2F12
Multiply the numerators together and then the denominators together.
-105 * -5 = 525
5 * 12 = 60
525%2F60 reduces to 34%2F4, which is 83%2F4 or 8.75
