You can still do division but you get an answer less than 1.
Remember you can always do it this way.
%287%2F9%29=%287%2F9%29%28100%2F100%29=%28700%2F9%29%281%2F100%29
Now 700%2F9=77.78
So then
%287%2F9%29=%2877.78%29%281%2F100%29
When you divide by 100, it's like moving your decimal point over to the left two places.
