3r%2F3+=+9%2F%283%2A10%29 simplify
%283%2F3%29r+=+%289%2F3%29%2A%281%2F10%29
1r+=+3%2F10
r+=+0.3

Does 3%2A0.3+=+9%2F10
Does 0.9+=+0.9 Yes! so 0.3 is correct
