You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%283x+%2B+2%29%2F%28x-1%29+=+%283x+%2B+10%29%2F%28x%2B5%29
cross multiply
(3x+2)(x+5) = (x-1)(3x+10)
3x%5E2+%2B+15x+%2B+2x+%2B+10+=+3x%5E2+%2B+10x+-+3x+-+10
...
3x%5E2+-+3x%5E2+%2B+15x+-+10x+%2B+2x+%2B+3x+%2B+10+%2B+10+=+0
...
10x + 20 = 0
10x = -20
10x%2F10+=+-20%2F10
x = -2
