To begin lets make these both fractions
15 * 4 + 4 = 64 = 64%2F15 and 3%2F4
next we want to get a common denominator
we will do 60
%2864%2F15%29 will be %28256%2F60%29 because 15 * 4 = 60 you have to multiply 64 by 4 also
also %283%2F4%29 will be %2845%2F60%29 because 4*15 = 60 and 3* 15 = 45
now you want to add the numerators
256 + 45 = 301 so the answer is %28301%2F60%29 this cannot be simplified so this is the answer.

4+%284%2F15%29=4+%2B%284%2F15%29.......4 could be written as 4%2A15%2F15=60%2F15

4+%284%2F15%29=4+%2B%284%2F15%29=60%2F15%2B4%2F15=64%2F15

now, substitute it in 4+%284%2F15%29+-+3%2F4

64%2F15+-+3%2F4..now find LCD for 15 and 4: it is 15%2A4=60

%2864%2A4%29%2F%2815%2A4%29+-+%283%2A15%29%2F%284%2A15%29

=256%2F60+-+45%2F60

=211%2F60+

=3%2831%2F60%29+
