when multiplying, as long as they stay on the bottom,
so you can rewrite it this way:

Note that +9%2F9+=+1+, so now you have

You can rewrite this as:
+7%2F%28+7%2A2+%29+
and again as:
+%287%2F7%29%2A%281%2F2%29+ and since +7%2F7+=+1+
