1/23 + 1/43 + 1/45 + 1/76

The only short method is with a calculator. The LCD is the
product of all those denominators, 3382380. 

Doing it the long way with that LCD it comes out as the nonreducible 
fraction 345389/3382380

But with a calculator you get .1021141918
