You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%28%283x%29%2F4%29%285%2F%28xy%29%29 Start with the given expression.

%283x%2A5%29%2F%284xy%29 Multiply the numerators 3x and 5. Then multiply the denominators 4 and xy

%2815x%29%2F%284xy%29 Multiply 3x and 5 to get 5*3x = 15x

%2815%29%2F%284y%29 Cancel out the common term 'x'

So %28%283x%29%2F4%29%285%2F%28xy%29%29 simplifies to %2815%29%2F%284y%29

In other words, %28%283x%29%2F4%29%285%2F%28xy%29%29=%2815%29%2F%284y%29 for all nonzero values of x and y.
