then cross multiply (the numerator on the left times the denominator on the right is equal to the denominator on the left times the numerator on the right)

Since you are given three of the values, substitute and do the arithmetic.

By the way, why would you say "its a over c not divided"? What's the difference between "a over c" and "a divided by c"? I'll give you a hint: The correct answer is: Nothing.
