64%2F9+-+4.........write 4 as a fraction with same denominator..
=4=4%2A9%2F9=36%2F9
=64%2F9+-+36%2F9
=%2864+-+36%29%2F9
=28%2F9.........your answer
the answer 100%2F9+ is correct only if you add 64%2F9+ and +4
