The question is how long does it take to travel 5 meters at 50 km/hr.
d = rt
t = d/r
----------
50 km/hr = 50000 meters/hr
5/50000 = 0.0001 hour
You didn't specify units for the answer, but
0.0001 hr = 0.006 minutes
= 0.36 seconds
= 360 milliseconds
