In general, if we have

%28a%2Fb%29%2F%28c%2Fd%29 or a%2Fb divided by c%2Fd

Multiplying both numerator and denominator by d%2Fc, this becomes ad%2Fbc. Basically, the algorithm is to flip (find the reciprocal) the second fraction then multiply. For example,

%285%2F6%29%2F%283%2F4%29+=+%285%2A4%29%2F%286%2A3%29+=+20%2F18+=+10%2F9
