Here is a example 2x(x-y)-(x+y)
--------------
= 2x(x-y) -1*(x+y)
Multiply both terms in the 1st parentheses by 2x, and the 2nd by -1
= 2x%5E2-2xy+-+x+-+y
No terms can be combined, that's it.
