You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The first integer will be x, The second will be x+2, the third x+4.
From the information given we know that 2 times the sum of the two smaller integers OR
2(x+(x+2)). equals 25 more than 3 times the largest OR (25+3(x+4)). SO we combine these into an equation.
2%28x%2B%28x%2B2%29%29=25%2B3%28x%2B4%29 Now solve for x starting with combining like terms.
4x%2B4=37%2B3x Subtract 3x from both sides and subtract 4 from both sides.
x%2B4=37
x=33
So the first integer is 33. Therefore the second integer is 33+2=35.
and the third integer is 33+4=37.
Three integers: 33, 35, 37
