I presume you want to change an improper fraction to a proper fraction without changing the value of the fraction. Sorry, such a thing cannot be done.
A proper fraction has a numerator that is less than the denominator. Therefore, the value of such a fraction MUST be less than 1.
An improper fraction has a numerator that is greater than the denominator. Therefore the value of such a fraction MUST be greater than 1.
You can't change something with a value larger than 1 to something with a value smaller than 1 without changing its value.
