Start with pre-algebra if you can. Also, start with what you know and work from there.

Get a book, but that would hard to do without help.

Go to your local Community College and
take the Math Placement test. That will
start you on an appropriagte sequence of
math courses.
You might need some remedial math before
you tackle algebra.
