You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You can either find a common denominator or get rid of fractions by multiplication.
Multiply both sides by 12.
2x%2B10=5
I think you can take it from there to solve for x.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
solve the equation:
(1/6)x + (5/6) = (5/12)
---
Multiply thru by 12 to get:
2x + 10 = 5
2x = -5
x = -5/2
