minus times a plus equals a minues
the three are also true for division
remember division of fractions, invert the second fraction and multiply.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! with adding and subtracting you will need a common denominator for example: multiply the 3/5 by 2/2 and u get 6/10 so 6+3=9 multiply the 3/5 by 2/2 and u get 6/10 so 6-3=3
With multiplying fractions u multiply straight across examples: u can simplify to 10/21
or do cross cancelations to make simplifying easier
with dividing fractions is where it gets tricky. when i divide a fraction by a fraction i alwas multiply by the reciprical of the second fraction.example:

then u just need to take it slow If x=2 then u could solve this
