3++%2B+++5%267%2F9+=+8%267%2F9

Just add the whole parts 3+5 getting 8 and then put on 
the fraction 7%2F9, and like magic you suddenly have 
the answer 

8%267%2F9!

That wasn't so hard, now was it?
