You can put this solution on YOUR website! who knows....need more info like how far it is to checkpoint 1
if you know the distance say 160 mi...you would divide 160/40 to get the amount of time it takes, which would be 4 hours in this instance.
therefore she would arrive at 12:30PM in this example.
