Invert the 7%2F4 as 4%2F7 and change the ÷ to ×

Do the first multiplication first by multiplying
numerators and denominators:

12%2F21+5%2F8×4%2F7

Reduce 12%2F21 by dividing top and bottom by 3

4%2F7+5%2F8×4%2F7

Do the first (only) multiplication by multiplying
numerators and denominators:

4%2F7+20%2F56

Reduce 20%2F56 by dividing top and bottom by 4
