You can put this solution on YOUR website! The first worker stuffs 125 shrimp an hour, 1000 shrimp/8 hours=125 shrimp per hour.
With a second worker, the 2 can stuff 200 shrimp an hour, because it is 1000 shrimp/5 hours, which is 200 shrimp an hour.
Since the first worker can do 125 shrimp an hour, the second worker must stuff 75 shrimp an hour.
So for 1000 shrimp/75 shrimp/hour, that will be 13.33 hours to do
.33 hours is 1/3 of an hour or 20 min.
So it is 13hr 20 min to do it

There's no need to factor the 1,000 shrimp into the solution, since it's the same "across the board." In other words, stuffing 1,000 shrimp comprises the entire job.
Let the time the 2nd worker takes to do the job (stuffing 1,000 shrimp) be T
Then the 2nd worker can do  of the job in 1 hour
Since the 1st worker does the job (stuffing 1,000 shrimp) in 8 hours, the 1st worker can do  of the job in 1 hour
We then get: 
40 + 5T = 8T ------- Multiplying by LCD, 40T
40 = 8T - 5T
40 = 3T
Time 2nd worker takes to do the job (stuffing 1,000 shrimp), alone, or
